Mason's 2 Month Check-Up

Today we went to see the doctor for Mason's 2 month well baby check up. The doctor said Mason is definitely not starving. He weighed 12 pounds and 8 ounces which puts him in the 80th percentile. He is now 24 inches long which is the 98th percentile.

Mason had to get 3 shots which was about 5 or 6 different vaccinations and then one oral vaccination for rotovirus. I have kept him on Motrin and Tylenol and hopefully he will just sleep.

I can't believe how big he is getting. He will smile at us and has started cooing. I think he now recognizes different voices. He gets so happy when he hears Sal's voice and he will always turn and look for Hayden, Cole or Olivia when he hears their voices. He is doing much better when it comes to sleeping. On a "normal" night he will get up once around 1 or 2 and then again at 4 or 5. He is definitely like Olivia in that if the sun is up that means it is morning and time to get out of bed. Summer might mean early rising. ;o( I am definitely one that likes to SLEEP IN!!

Luckily Mason won't get shots again for 2 more months. I am loving watching him grow and am lucky that I can be home to experience every minute.
